How do sessions work?
Sessions are live audio/video calls with your teacher through a secure link that appears in your account and the app once the booking is confirmed.
Can I choose a female or male teacher?
Yes. Filter teachers by gender, program, riwaya, language and age group.
How do I know a teacher is qualified?
No teacher appears before the academic team reviews their identity, ijazat, certificates and their source, sometimes with an interview or test. Verified ijazat appear on the profile.
When can I cancel without being charged?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. After that the published cancellation policy applies.
What if the teacher does not show up?
The session goes back to your package balance, or a refund request is opened automatically if you paid for a single session.
When is a payment successful?
Only after the payment provider confirms it directly to our server. We hold your time for 20 minutes while you pay and we never store card details.
How is memorization progress counted?
An ayah is not counted as memorized because you opened or listened to it. Your teacher records mastery after you recite, and it shows in your reports.
Can parents follow their children?
Yes. Once support verifies the relationship, the guardian sees attendance, recitation reports and plans, and approves actions that need consent.
Are sessions recorded?
No audio is recorded without explicit consent; for children the verified guardian must consent.
Where does the Quran text come from?
From a verified Uthmani (Hafs) source, checked daily with a checksum and locked against edits inside the system.
